A. Savings can be determined by the level of work that the owner builder can do themselves or time devoted to managing the project. It is estimated the savings of up to 20% can easily achieved.
Q. What is the major advantage of using steel framing?
A. Unlike timber - steel requires no maintenance, is fire proof and termites will not eat them.
Q. Can I alter the EasySteel Homes designs, or design my own from scratch?
A. EasySteel designs can be easily altered to suit the needs of the customer. Also we are happy to cost plans that been designed by either the customer or their Architect.
Q. How long does it take to manufacture the steel fames and have them delivered to the building site?
A. From the day the order is placed it takes approx 4 weeks to have the frame manufactured and delivered to site.
Q. How much of the work can I do myself?
A. The great thing about the EasySteel Kit system is it allows you to as much or as little as you want.
Q. How long does it take to build an EasySteel Home?
A. It generally takes 5 days to erect an EasySteel Frame from that point it is up to the owner builder to determine the time to complete the dwelling.
Q. What are the terms of payment for an EasySteel Home?
A. EasySteel only requires payment for each stage as it becomes ready for delivery. Generally there are 3(Kits) stages to building an EasySteel Home.
Q. Is banks finance available to me to build an EasySteel Home?
A. EasySteel prepare costing documents for the bank that are straight forward and easy for the bank to understand, explaining where the expenses are distributed.
Q. Is finance available through EasySteel Homes?
A. Finance is available through Kastle Group Finance to approved clients.
Q. Can any builder build an EasySteel Home?
A. Yes any builder can build an EasySteel Home.
